Services

Filing Center provides business filing and compliance services, including but not limited to LLC formation, annual report filings, amendments, and certificates of good standing. We act as a filing agent on your behalf and are not a law firm. Our services do not constitute legal advice.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when placing orders. Errors in the information you provide may result in rejected filings. We are not liable for delays or rejections caused by inaccurate information.

Payment and Fees

All prices are displayed in US dollars. Payment is required at the time of order. Our service fees are separate from any state filing fees, which may be included in the quoted price or billed separately depending on the service.

Refund Policy

Refunds are available for orders that have not yet been submitted to the state. Once a filing has been submitted, refunds are not available. If a filing is rejected by the state due to an error on our part, we will refile at no additional charge.

Processing Times

Processing times are estimates and are not guaranteed. State processing times vary and are outside our control. We will notify you of your filing status via email.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Filing Center shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or any errors in filings caused by inaccurate information provided by you.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
